Our example 5’ UTR translation dataset contains measurements for 3,189 5’ UTRs in HEK293T cells. They were tested with a GFP payload and with N1-methyl-pseudouridine modified nucleotides. Translation efficiency measurements were made across four replicates with twelve polysome fractions each.
