3’ UTRs for in vivo stability

mRNA instability is a key challenge in achieving sustained therapeutic protein expression for mRNA therapeutics and vaccines. To address this, Ginkgo leveraged its machine learning-driven sequence design and high-throughput screening capabilities to design more stable mRNA molecules. The resulting designs were validated in vivo with a different CDS, showing up to 30-100-fold improved protein output, highlighting their potential for clinical translation and therapeutic efficacy.
