Our example 3’ UTR stability dataset contains measurements for 2,625 3’ UTRs in HEK293T cells. They were tested with a GFP payload and with unmodified nucleotides. Stability was measured across four time points (3h, 24h, 48h, and 72h) with three replicates per time point.
